Energy Bill Shoots, But Misses Micros

So, question of the moment: if a certain provision in the CLEAN Energy Act of 2007 permits small businesses to use the SBA Express loan program to outfit their firms with renewable energy sources, does that mean that home-based business owners could use the program to put an array of solar panels on their roofs?
Inquiring minds want to know.
And will the Senate version of the entrepreneurial development program reauthorization bill be any less of a disaster than the House version? Right now, things look promising but one should never underestimate the ability of a politician to screw up a good thing, given enough time.
And we’ve got somebody else this week saying that small businesses aren’t as great as everybody keeps saying they are. Just in case you were in any danger of getting above yourself, I guess.
